Neroli and Ryan spent three weeks with the team around Prof Jose Bruno-Barcena at NCSU to learn more about bioreactors, metabolic fluxes, assays, and optimising bioparticle yields. Jose and his team (from left to right: Diego Rendon, Neroli Thomson, Jose Bruno-Barcena, Madison Moore, and Ryan Chanyi) welcomed both researchers warmly and we are looking forward to implementing the new knowledge and capabilities here back in NZ. There are also rumours of a most fabulous Halloween party! Thank you Jose for making this happen and taking the time to work with Neroli and Ryan.
